Isn’t it crazy to think we are well into the second half of the year? Not many people have a lot of spare time but throw in the effort of making & baking your own food and it really adds to the juggle. We love to help, so here are a couple of time saving tips for you!
Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Blend
Through much trial & error we have found that our Blend #3 is a great all purpose flour blend. You can even swap it weight for weight with wheat flour into recipes!
Top time saving tip: Make up a batch (or even a double batch) into a large airtight container so you can simply grab the amount you need with no extra planning required. Whip up some pikelets or cookies with ease!

Freezer for Baking
Ah the gluten free bakers best friend! As well as many other items, muffins & loaves freeze brilliantly. Bake, cool (important!), wrap and freeze. Perfect for lunchboxes, picnics, didn't-get-the-note-about-todays-bake-sale moments, impromptu morning tea, or just because you need a little something!
Some of our favourites that do well in the freezer are our new Pumpkin Spice Loaf, our "best-ever" Banana Bread, totally more-ish Ginger Loaf, and of course muffins: Apple Streudel Muffins, Banana Choc Chip Muffins, Carrot Muffins and even Pumpkin Yoghurt Cupcakes that are so soft & yum!
