Isn’t it crazy to think we are well into the second half of the year? Not many people have a lot of spare time but throw in the effort of making & baking your own food and it really adds to the juggle. We love to help, so here are a couple of time saving tips for you!
Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Blend
Through much trial & error we have found that our Blend #3 is a great all purpose flour blend. You can even swap it weight for weight with wheat flour into recipes!
Top time saving tip: Make up a batch (or even a double batch) into a large airtight container so you can simply grab the amount you need with no extra planning required. Whip up some pikelets or cookies with ease!
Ah the gluten free bakers best friend! As well as many other items, muffins & loaves freeze brilliantly. Bake, cool (important!), wrap and freeze. Perfect for lunchboxes, picnics, didn't-get-the-note-about-todays-bake-sale moments, impromptu morning tea, or just because you need a little something!

Teriyaki Sauce: (FREE Recipe). A great sauce for adding flavour to stir fry dishes as well as marinading all types of meat and fish. Quick to mix up, this keeps in the fridge for a while so another time saver for mid week meals.
Pumpkin Pie Loaf:reeaaallly tasty! The pumpkin creates a light and moist loaf and the spices add that lovely pumpkin pie flavour. Great to make while pumpkins are in season.
Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding: A favourite winters night dessert! Plus a bit of cooking magic ... you pour the sauce on top yet it ends up on the bottom?! Absolutely delicious!
Hokey Pokey Cookies: So who loves honeycomb? These cookies are crunchy and buttery at the same time. A definite favourite for the cookie jar!!
